Around the world people have become more conscious of the benefits of healthy diet. More and more consumers are choosing whole natural foods over processed foods, transitioning into lifestyles centering around high nutritional value that promotes wellbeing and physical fitness. In recent years, apart from taking care of a healthy physique, more and more importance is being given by consumers to products that minimise the “footprint” on the environment and have been produced under circumstances that are fair for everyone involved in the production process: Altogether wholesome,  for body, mind, communities and planet.

We can help you to seamlessly combine these positive trends into a range of products that can be offered to consumers. With the introduction of various products, most originating from tropical forests and equatorial highlands, the market of so called "superfoods" is quickly growing. We make it our business to find high quality, reliable sources of these products and monitor and aid in the circumstances of their production by smallholder farmers. Offering certified BIO-Organic and/or Fair Trade, as well as conventional products.

Tea

We offer high quality CTC & Orthodox Tea ; Black, Green and White from East Africa. Tea is rich in polyphenols and catechins that have beneficial effects like reducing inflammation. Catechins are natural antioxidants that help prevent cell damage by reducing the formation of free radicals in the body. protecting cells and molecules from damage. These free radicals are known to play a role in aging and all sorts of diseases. Especially Green and white tea have higher concentrations of anti-oxidants then black tea.

Chia

Chia seed is rich in fiber, omega-3 and omega-6 fats, protein and vitamins. Its applications in nutrition contain but are not limited to, smoothies, shakes, salads and baking products. First noted usage of chia is by the Aztec and Mayan cultures. Available in seed and oil.

Sesame

Sesame seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, cholesterol-free, high in protein and a good source of copper, calcium and magnesium. These characteristics make sesame a very heart-healthy choice when incorporated into our diet. Available in seeds.

Cardamom

Cardamom is a spice, originally found in India, but now cultivated in various areas of the tropics, such as Central America, Colombia and East Africa. It is beneficial for the digestive system, cardiovascular system and helps to control cholesterol. It is also thought to be a natural afrodesiac. Various grades available.

Moringa

Native to Africa and Asia, the Moringa Tree, or Moringa Oleifera to use its scientific name, is one of the most nutrient-rich plants in the world.  The plant contains many plant proteins (including all 9 essential amino acids) and is a rich source of vitamins, iron and calcium. There are many health benefits associated with Moringa consumption, such as reduction of tiredness, fatigue and stress, skin rejuvenation and improved immunity. Available as dried leaves, powder and oil.

Camu Camu

These berries, originally found in the flooded areas of the Amazon forest, are one of the top vitamin C containing foods. Some of its benefits are the ability to detoxify the body, reducing inflammation and supporting the immune-system. It is also said to have positive influence on the eyesight. Available in powder.

Golden Berry

Golden berries, scientifically known as Physalis peruviana, are small yellowish berries that have originated from South America. The berries have an extremely high concentration of antioxidants. Amongst many other names, they are also known as Inca berries and Uchuva. Available fresh, dried and in powder.
